2013 in Review

2013 has been a great year for Our Little Family.  We are beyond blessed. 

January: 
We rang in the new year with our family. Katie Lee celebrated her 100th day of school.  Daniel was a super busy baby boy.

 

 

February --We celebrated Valentine's day with our favorite little ones that we love so much. 

 

March--Birthday month

 

Langdon turned 2. 

Virgil turned 90. 

Mother had her 59th birthday

 

 

April--Easter

 

 

May--School's Out for Summer

 

Katie Lee graduated kindergarten with perfect attendance. 

 

 

June--Disney

 

 

July--

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with a trip to Jamaica. 

 

 

August--

Back to School

Katie Lee began 1st grade at Athens Bible School. 

I began my 15th year teaching. 

 

Katie Lee turned 6. 

We also celebrated Daddy, Kathryn, and Zeb's birthdays. 

 

 

September-- We went to the Lincoln Co. Fair

 

October-- Celebrated Donnie's birthday and had Halloween. 

 

 

November:

 Daniel and I had birthdays. I changed jobs which is a huge blessing.    We celebrated Thanksgiving with family. 

December:  Lots of fun Christmas things with family and friends. 

 

Looking forward to another fun, healthy, and exciting year in 2014. 

 

 

 

 

Christmas 2013

Christmas 2013 was wonderful. 

 

We enjoyed supper at my Aunt Mary's on Christmas Eve.  When we got home, it was time to set out the milk and cookies for Santa.  The cutest helpers sat Santa's treats  under the tree. 

 So stinkin' cute.

That afternoon, we headed to Virgil's to have Christmas with him. 

 

Christmas night we went to Mother and Daddy's for supper and gifts. 

We ate supper and went to church.  After church we came back for gifts and dessert. 

After church family picture.  Daniel was worn out and not feeling too good.  He missed his nap and was about done.

Katie Lee was all smiles and super excited.

Kathryn gave Donnie a most useful gift in his favorite Alabama stocking.

Katie Lee had one more BIG gift. 

It is the Doc McStuffin's clinic.  The only thing she asked for this year. 

She was EXCITED!!

The boys were too. 

Sweet Langdon had a special gift for me.  He picked it our of his mommy's China cabinet.  He also picked out this special bag and wrote me a note on it.  I loved my salt shaker.
