1000

This is my 1000th post.  I cannot believe that I have kept this little blog up since 2008.  I have no idea how many people even read it, but it has become our family history book.  I wish that I had 1000 things to give away from 1000 different sponsors like some of the big blogs that I read, but I don't so I am offering a big THANK YOU to all of you who read about Our Little Family.  Would love to hear from all of you.

Homecoming Week

A couple weeks ago, Katie Lee's school had homecoming week for the basketball team, since they do not have a football team. Each day they were to dress up. I forgot to take pictures everyday but here is a couple. Dress as your favorite Disney character. Doc McStuffins.

Way Back Wednesday--KL dressed like a kindergarten because she said way back last year she was in kindergarten and she went to a different school.

They also had tacky day, spirit day and fancy dress day.

Santa's Village.

For the longest I have wanted to take the littles to Santa's Village at Constitutional Village Museum in Huntsville and this year was the year. Kathryn, Mother, and I took the kids one Monday night early in December. It was great. The kids loved it and it was not very crowded so it was the best night.

There was lots of winter critters walking around and Katie Lee thought they were as great as the characters at Disney.  :)

Katie Lee is ready to write her letter to Santa.

What could be up this way?
Santa, of course.
Katie Lee giving her list to Santa.
Bless Sweet Langdon.  He sat with Santa (WHICH IS HUGE) but was not too sure of it.

Daniel was more concerned with the "bobot" (robot) that he wanted to play with.
Telling Santa about the bobot.

Katie Lee told him that we did not have chimney.  He said not to worry and pulled out his special key.  She also wanted to know what was an easier way to get in--down the chimney or with the key.  She has this Santa business all figured out.
