Weekend in the Mountains

Friday night we left and headed to Gatlinburg. We picked Donnie up at UPS after work and drove part of the way. Then got up on Saturday morning for the rest of the drive. Once we got there the traffic was terrible, so we wasted a lot of our time sitting in traffic. We came home on Monday night to more snow and ice than we saw in the mountains. It was a wonderful weekend. Here's the highlights.....


We looked at the beautiful winter wonderland,



paid attention to the local hair styles,
played in the snow at our place,

did a little shopping,

had a great Valentine's Day,

did a lot of eating,
and had a ball playing at the indoor water park. Katie Lee loved sliding,

but she did not like this bucket which dropped tons of water on you.


Mostly, we had lots of fun spending quality time together.
