Scavenger Hunt
We had so much fun Sunday night at the Scavenger Hunt. There was a wonderful turn out of people.
The winning team...
Candy corn guess winners
Katie Lee needed me to stay with her, so I got to see all of the fun that the kids had.
Pumpkin painting,
coloring,
monster mix making,
and spending lots of time with friends.

It Is About Time
to box this house up!!!! Our house is in the last few stages of completion. We hope to have it all finished, clean, closed, and ready to move in the by the weekend before Thanksgiving.
How many guys does it take to make a square for our pole light?
Lights and water is now working.
Appliances are in.
The columns on the back porch are up and the two on the front are ordered and should be in next week.
We will move in just in time to put up a Christmas tree!!! We just will not mention that to Donnie right now. :) HA HA

Fall Festival Fun
Last night, the Sutton's invited us to the ABS Fall Festival. They told Katie Lee about it last Sunday and she has been counting down the days to go to Hayden and Mary Kaitlyn's school. She got up yesterday morning telling me her agenda for the day which all centered around the big event. To say that she had fun would be an understatement.

It's A......
Gender Reveal Party
Wednesday night after church, we had a gender reveal party for Kathryn and Zeb. Mother and I had pink and blue desserts for everyone. Kathryn and Zeb brought the appropriate napkins.
Happy Parents-to-Be
We voted for girl or boy before they told.
Our family all voted for a girl.
Zeb's family voted for a boy.
Kathryn and Zeb had baby blue napkins. IT'S A BOY!!!! We were so excited.
We had had little gifts. Katie Lee make her a card. It is Aunt Kitty holding her baby, "Pineapple Samuel."
A blue rabbit burp cloth (Katie Lee said that the towel would look so pretty hanging on Aunt Kitty's oven.)
white gown
booties, and bib
Proud granddaddies,
grandmothers,
and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
We cannot wait until March to see this sweet bundle of joy.

What A Name
Tonight we had PTO Open House at school. As I was signing in, Katie Lee decided that she needed to sign in too. I gave her a sheet of paper and she wrote her name! This was the first time she has written all of it (including the K which is hard for kids to get) without any help. I was so proud of her. She was super proud too and had to show it off to all the teachers and principals.
She wrote the first three letters with her left hand and the last two with her right. I really think she is going to be ambidextrous.
Mrs. Nancy let her get a treat for writing so well and Mrs. Epp gave her candy!

Pumpkin Patch
Saturday, Amanda and I took Katie Lee and Lillian to Lyon's Pumpkin Patch in Taft. This was a first for all of us. The girls loved playing and had so much fun.
Headed for some fun
Katie Lee could have played all day in the corn.
